we saw that there is an alert on our website were we are using the advanced sidebar menu pro. It says we need to delete the plugin and install it again. Is that correct. Is there any possibility to loose all the sidebar created. Because in the past we have already experienced loosing all the sidebars created. We do not want to happen again.

As long as you do not save your widgets which the plugin is deleted and/or deactivated, you will not lose any sidebars created.
