We’re having an issue where the menu is fully expanded and not displaying the “+” signs for the accordion.
It’s behaving the same way on both the staging sites (running WP 6.0) and the live site (running WP 5.9.3)
Both sites are using the latest plugin Version 8.9.0.

Hi Les,
Thank you so much for bringing this issue to our attention!
We have located the issue and patched it version 8.9.1 (released just now).
Please update the PRO version and let us know if the issue is not resolved.
Have a great night!

The tree is collapsed now, which is a step in the right direction. However, the sub-nav doesn’t seem to expand to show the sub-pages like it used to.
For example, on this page (entered in private field below), the menu should be open to the “Open and Cased Hole Fishing”… but instead, now the entire menu is collapsed.
Also, the top-most section “Products & Services” has a minus sign now, when before it didn’t.
Here’s what it should look like… open to the current section and page:

Hi Les,
It appears there is some conflicting CSS on your site which is setting the sub menus to
display:none
. I can’t say for sure where it is coming from because the CSS is being minified by auto optimize, but here is the offending CSS.Because the CSS is within a media query, you can see the menu function correctly if you make the screen narrower (below 1025px).
If you’re not able to track down the offending CSS, you may override it with the following custom CSS.
To remove the minus sign on the top level item, you may uncheck the “Include highest level parent in accordion” option in the widget. More information may be found here.
Have a great night!
