Our website sidebar inside padding will not change. As such, our sidebar left inside padding is off. I would like it to align with our company logo.

Looking at your site layout I see your logo changes position based on how wide the viewers screen is. This is because your header has a max width with keeps it centered and adds margin to each side based on the available space.
You may add some padding to the sidebar which will align the menu with the logo via custom CSS like so.
