Better solution for fixing missing menus

Resolved

Requested: 1 year and 5 months ago

This is really annoying. We have this plugin used on dozens of sites with thousands of pages. The solution of going back in and manually saving them all is a huge headache. There must be a better solution.

Plugin: Advanced Sidebar Menu

    Hi Jeff,

Version 9.5.1 of the PRO plugin contains a migration script which is intended to fix the issue without any manual changes.

There was another report since version 9.5.1 but we have not yet been able to confirm if the issue is related.

If you are running version 9.5.1+ and the issue is still occurring, please provide the following information so we can recreate the issue on a test site.

    • A link to where the menu is expected to be displayed.
    • A database export from your site.

    Thank you.

    Hello,
We have completed an internal discovery of the issue and written an article describing what happened. For more information see this article.
