Do you have archive for download, so i can downgrade to a working version. I found a backup Version 8.3.1 that works fine.
The menu also disappeared on my wordpress site.

Good Morning Villy,
I have created a separate ticket to assist with this issue as the original issue was dealing with database anomalies which would not be resolved by running a different version of the plugin.
For reference, the original comment was here.

Hi Villy,
Since we know that version 8.3.1 is working and version 9.5.2 is not we have a range to look at. However, that is a huge range across years of releases so lets see if we can narrow it down.
I have included a link in the Private Information to download version 9.4.2 of the plugin. Please give this version a try and let us know if the issue persists.
Here is some additional information which will help us locate and resolve the issue:
Thank you.

What else do you need me to do ? Maby i can just use this version for now.

Hi Villy,
The downside to using version 9.4.2 is there are some known issues with the excluding of pages which have been fixed in version 9.5.2. Under certain conditions a page can become silently excluded from the menu.
Now that we have a baseline of the version(s) which introduced your specific issue, it would be great if you could provide the following information so I can load the details into a test site and figure out what is going on:

Hi Villy,
If you are using the Pages or Navigation menu the following tables will provide enough information to load the menus into a test site.
If you are using the Categories menu, I will also need the term tables
Thank you
Jeff
This is really annoying. We have this plugin used on dozens of sites with thousands of pages. The solution of going back in and manually saving them all is a huge headache. There must be a better solution.
