Advanced Sidebar Menu PRO license is invalid

Hi Matt,

I’m getting this message. I’ve pasted text below.  I can download the latest version from OnPoint, but that causes a fatal error when trying to install it.

Any idea why my PRO licence is invalid?  My website still has the pro features but i can’t use settings now. Thanks, Greg Moore

Your Advanced Sidebar Menu PRO license is invalid. Either re-download the plugin or purchase a license now.

  1. Good Morning Greg,

    You are most likely receiving this message because you are still using the legacy license which is no longer supported.

    To resolve the notice and get on the new license system, follow these steps:

    1. Delete the existing installed plugin (Don’t worry, your widget settings will remain intact).
    2. Download the plugin from My Account.
    3. Install the downloaded plugin.

  2. Thanks Matt!  Yes, I had been worried to delete the 3.9 version for fear of losing settings.  I deactivated, deleted, then uploaded the new version and it works like a dream. 🙂
