We are very pleased to announce that the new support area for PRO members is now live and ready to serve you. Using mass user data based on user interactions with the previous support area, we redesigned everything from the ground up to create an extremely efficient and useful support experience.
Combining information
Instead of multiple landing pages and various widgets for finding links to documentation, we’ve combined all information about support for PRO members and basic users all within a single landing page.
- No more finding the “Documentation” widget then finding the right link for the plugin you are using.
- No more reading the support page to figure out where to go for support based on your membership level.
- No more selecting the plugin you are using after you have already logged in.
- No more reading 3 widgets to figure out where to go for support.
Guided experience
The most interesting change is the new guided experience that starts from the moment you arrive on the Support page and ends after you find what you are looking for. This experience is something you will have to see for yourself, but I will give you a little spoiler anyway.
Let analytics decide the result
We built this area with future improvements in mind. Now it’s time to let users use it and allow our analytics to determine if/where any pain-points remain.
