Where to edit?

Resolved

Requested: 1 month and 1 week ago

I haven’t edited the menu features in many years, and I want to change something, but I can’t find where the options are! The plugin (free+pro) are installed and it works ok but I don;t see anything in the admin area to do any editing.
If i look under widgets and i can see the right side bar has a block there, but I want to change the top bar menu – make it so it doesn’t show a hamburger on mobile screens but I can’t find it.

    Hi Paul,

The top bar menu on your site is not being managed by the Advanced Sidebar Menu plugin.

Looking at the markup, it appears the menu is being managed by WordPress custom menus. In this case, it is a menu called “Secondary Menus”.

By default, WordPress does not support a hamburger menu so this feature must be getting added by a plugin or the active theme. As each plugin and theme is different, I can’t say where you would find the setting for this but I would look for the following things:

    • Setting on the menus screen where you edit the “Secondary Menu”.
    • Some form of theme settings, probably labeled “Menu” or something like that.
    • Any other menu plugins you have installed and their corresponding settings.

    Hope this helps!
