    Hi Cahit,

If the images have updated in the admin but not on the front end, the issue is most likely caused by a page cache. Please clear any page or content caches you have and see if that fixes the issue.

Another thing to try, if you haven’t already, is to run the plugin without the scheme nor trailing slash as described here

Have a great rest of your weekend!

    Hi Cahit,

Our developers are on a retreat this week but let me see if I can help you resolve this.

What was the Old and New URL you entered?

Are you able to provide me with a temporary administrator account through the private information so I may see how the pages are setup?

Looking at your site it appears the issue may be resolved? Is everything working now?

If not, can you send me a link to where the issue remains?

    Hi

I have done the main pages as per my previous workaround . I.e opening the page up and re-insert the image.

    Hello again,

I was able to log in and take a look. I can see the issue only exists in the front end but I can’t explain why it exists at all because everything appears to be in order.

Unfortunately, whatever is happening is beyond my ability and will have to wait for a developer to return on Monday before we can resolve it.

Because I understand this is a big inconvenience, I’m going to issue you a full refund while keeping your licence and member benefits intact.

One thing that will help our guys permanently resolve the issue is if you can provide a database dump of your site in it’s current state. Uploading it to drop box, Google docs, or anywhere you can get a link to download it, then adding the link to this request’s private information would be a huge help.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience of waiting for support.

    Hi Cahit,

We have returned from retreat and I am now able to assist you.

Looking at your site I was able to find a page which still contains the issue (URL in private information). I was able to track down the issue to the old URL being stored in a CSS file generated by Elementor (URL in private information).

Because Elementor’s CSS cache does not automatically clear when WordPress’s core cache is flushed, the CSS file cache must be cleared manually.

The cache may be cleared by going to Elementor -> Tools -> Regenerate CSS and clicking the “Regenerate Files” button. More information is available here.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, and I’ll add an action in the next version of the Go Live basic plugin which will automatically clear the Elementor CSS cache when this plugin is run.

Have a great rest of your day!
