Select Child as Parent Post

Hey There!

Thank you for your wonderful plugin! 😉

I need your help for removing the child page from the nav

So i have

Area 1 / Area 2 / Area 3 / Area 4 –> as Real WordPress Structure

now my nav should only include

Area3 / Area 4  and Area 1 / Area 2  should not appear!

First thing is to hide Area 1 with the first checkbox but hiding area 2 ;-)?
