I re-purchased the Go Live URLS Pro plugin and cannot reactivate it successfully. It keeps saying that my subscription was cancelled and that I have to purchase a PRO license when I have already done so.
How can I reactivate it and get one of my pages displaying correctly again? I get the following page as not being found on the front end after the plugin was cancelled I believe.
Page not found – Gas Compressor Association
Please help me fix this.
Hi Carlos,
I have confirmed your license is valid and the endpoint is returning a successful response when using your license.
It is possible that something went wrong with an earlier request and an invalid response is cached in your site.
Please give the following a try:
Dashboard -> Updates
screen and click the “Check again” link.Let me know if that does not resolve the issue.
P.S. I am able to see the Gas Compressor Association page when I follow the link you provided. Is that page now working as expected?
I tried checking the updates again for all the plugins and nothing worked.
I still get the following message:
” Your Go Live Update Urls PRO license was cancelled! Either remove the plugin from your site or purchase a license now.”
Also, we don’t have a caching plugin installed on the site, so there is no cache to clear.
Do I need to delete and reinstall the Go Live Update URLS PRO plugin?
Please help me troubleshoot this.
Last, the https://www.gascompressor.org/companies/ page is displaying correctly now. I believe it was an error unrelated to your plugin.
Hi Carlos,
I can’t explain why the plugin did not reactivate itself as the update endpoint was returning an “active” license status.
To resolve the issue, I deleted the plugin and reuploaded with a version from your new subscription. The plugin is now working again.
Let me know if you run into any issues.
Have a great day!
