The program said it updated the URL structure, however when I reset the server the URL under the general tab is greyed out and still have not updated.

To assure all URL are updated, please try running the plugin without the URL scheme like so:

I also noticed the last couple runs had a trailing slash after the old but now the new. Luckily the plugin had already run before hand without the slash so you didn’t end up with some double “//” in URL. To avoid this issue when running please use the testing feature.
