I currently have v9.0.11 of Advanced Sidebar Menu, and v9.1.8 of Advanced Sidebar Menu Pro installed on my website. It seems my Pro plugin is not auto-updating, I see the following message:
`There is a new version of Advanced Sidebar Menu PRO available. View version 9.1.9 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.`
If I force an update on it, I get the following error message:
Update failed: Update package not available.

I was able to track down the issue to a discrepancy between the email address used for the subscription and the email address saved in the original order. I have added the email addresses for reference in the private information.
Because the email addresses did not match, they system was unable to locate the plugin download which is why it was you were receiving and “Update failed” message.
This type if email discrepancy is not supposed to happen. So far I have been unable to explain how the email address was changed in one place and not the other. If you have any insight on how the email address was changed, that would be greatly appreciated. 🙇♂️
I have updated the email address in the plugins database to restore the expected functionality. You should now be able to download the plugin like normal as well as use the auto updater.
