I have entered the old and new urls and run the GoLive Update URLs tool but the main menu links and the media src links remain with the old url

Hi Ron,
A good place to start is to clear any caches you have which may be holding the old URL in place.
Which settings are you using:
Are you able to provide a database dump so we can see the results?

Old URL = http://box5214.temp.domains/~iftvoimy/wordpress/
I have cleared the cache and tried several browsers but the old url remains.
In the media library i can see that all of the assets retain links to the old url: http://box5214.temp.domains/~iftvoimy/wordpress/
I don’t know how to provide a database dump but I would be happy to if you can tell me how to do it
I got it. just had to run the tool without the trailing slash on each url and it worked.
sorry for the confusion.
thanks for your help, i looked in the database and saw that the site url did not have trailing slash so ran it without them and it worked as expected.
