I need an invoice for my Order #3729,
Currently we do not offer invoices for product purchases. Instead we offer purchase receipts which were emailed to you upon purchase and may also be viewed at any time in the My Account section.
The reason there are not “invoices” is products are purchase as point of sale and do not require a prior contract or agreement of service. Also to respect our customers privacy, we don’t request any personal information during checkout so we wouldn’t have enough to go on to for an invoice system.

The receipt I see in my private area doesn’t contain your company details. Could you please send me a valid receipt?

I have posted a link to an official receipt from the credit card company in the private information.
I wanted to stop in to let you know invoices are now available for download anytime from the Orders screen in My Account.
Look for the button labeled “Invoice” in the order list.
