How to proceed with multisite?

Hi Mat,

Could you please advise on how to proceed with multisite installations?

I use subfolders.

I have www.xxx.com/site1 and I’d like to have www.zzz.com/site1

  1. Hello,

    If you wish to change the entire site all at once you want to run this from the main site

    <your site>/wp-admin/tools.php?page=go-live-update-urls-settings

    At which point you will want to make sure the “Network Settings” option is checked.

    Then run like normal.

    Thanks for your answer.
    I’ve done what you said but nothing has changed…
    What do you mean with “the main site”? Site#1 of the multisite or Network level?

    Yes. Site#1 of the multisite.

    1. Can you tell me a little more about the process you are using?
    2. What site are you working on?
    3. What are you entering for the “Old URL” and “New URL”?
