How Can I disable the link title?

The link title is presenting a ton of content (the entire category description text which is 2 or 3 paragraphs) which I feel is hurting my seo. I’d like to either truncate it, change it (utilize category name and not description) or just disable it. Any suggestions?

Hi Greg,

You may disable the description based title attribute by adding the following filter to your active theme’s functions.php file:

add_filter( 'advanced-sidebar-menu/menus/category/get-list-categories-args', function( $args ) { $args['use_desc_for_title'] = 0; return $args; });
