Expired/Cancelled License Warning Resolved Requested: 10 months and 4 days ago I have renewed my license and I keep getting the “Your Advanced Sidebar Menu PRO license was cancelled! Either remove the plugin from your site or purchase a new license now” warning.
OnPoint Plugins 10 months and 4 days ago Hi Lazaros, I double checked the responses from the license endpoint and it appears to be sending a “active” response for your plugin. Most likely, the status of the cancelled subscription is cached in your install. Here are a couple of ways to clear the plugin caches: Go to the “Plugins” screen in your WordPress admin. If the cache has not been cleared in the past hour, it will clear by viewing the screen. Go to the “Updates” screen below “Dashboard” in your WordPress admin. If the cache has not been cleared in the past 60 seconds, it will clear by viewing the screen. If clearing the cache does not work, please let us know and we’ll investigate further.
