Child Menus do not link to their actual page, just links to ‘#’.

Resolved

Requested: 6 years and 3 months ago

Hi there,

I’m using this plugin and it works great. But I have an issue where I’m on a page that has children pages and grandchildren pages. I would expect if a user clicks on the child link in the menu it would link to the appropriate page. Instead, it links to ‘#’. You can click and go to the grandchildren pages, however. Here’s a link to that widget’s config: widgets huntington

    Hi Alexander,

I have tracked down the issue to a JavaScript file located in the theme

    wp-content/themes/huntington-hospital/assets/js/find-fast.min.js

This JavaScript appears to target all lists on the site and turn them into drop-down down lists or something like that which conflicts with the sidebar menu.

If you are able to provide the following I can help you adjust this JavaScript to exclude the sidebar menus:

    1. A non minified version of the file.
    2. A description of where this JavaScript is used so I can be sure to leave the intended functionality intact.

Otherwise, removing the file will resolve the issue.

    Mat Lipe
