Hi Mark,
It sounds like you have a plugin or theme which is tapping into one of the admin hooks and not returning a correct result.
If you would like to send me a temporary administrator account through the private information, I will log in and see if I can point you in the right direction.

hello, it wont let me put text in the private information, whenever i try it says
“Error: Please type your comment text.”

Hi Mark,
The system requires you to enter something in the response field.
A simple, “see private information” will do.

Hi Mark,
I was able to track down the issues with the customizer to fatal errors being thrown in your theme.
The issues with adding pages are due to fatal errors being thrown by the Loginizer plugin.
I’m not able to see the errors as error display is currently disabled, but if you an shared that last few errors in your PHP error logs, I may be able to point you in the right direction.
P.S. During debugging I lost connection to your site and am no longer able to access it. The debugging mode is still on, so you’ll probably want to disable that via the http://www.titlesloans.com/wp-admin/?health-check-disable-troubleshooting=1 link.

Hello,
FIRSTLY – THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
mark kester
it says
“There is a new version of Loginizer available”
shall i update it or remove the plugin ?

Hi Mark,
It seems you have updated Loginizer which fixed the issue with adding new pages, but now it seems Contact Form 7 is throwing an error when adding new pages. It is strange because Contact Form 7 was not throwing an error before.
The error logs you sent are correct, however it would be useful to see the logs in real time. Would it be possible to get FTP access to site?
With the errors being all over the place from various sources it seems the server may not be loading files correctly or have some other configuration issue. For example, the first fatal error
PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required
suggests the file is missing but I can see the file is there using the Plugin Editor.mark kester
