i am trying to get to “customize” within the wordpress admin & whenever i click on
“customize” or “header” on the left hand side it brings up this page for
“Advanced Sidebar Pages Menu”
i cant get to “customize”

I was able to track down the issue to your site running out of memory. Your site was using the default
256MBmemory limit and your theme was trying to use approximately280MBof memory.I bumped up your memory limit to
512MBto leave a little room for growth and everything appears to be working correctly.Have a great night!

the “add a page” page seems to Be working, but in the previous 2 days it was intermittently working, but never had a problem before that.

Yes. All issues should be resolved.
Memory usage can go up and down depending on the data size at that particular page load. Running out of memory explains why the issue was happening intermittently.

it is not adding any more links on the sidebar .
i have checked it on different machines in different locations in case it was just showing the cached version.
i have not changed or touched at all the settings for
advanced sidebar plugin under “widgets”

Be default this plugin will only display 100 pages on a single level. This is to prevent performance issues on sites with a large number of related pages.
You may adjust this limit by adding the following filter to your active theme’s functions.php file:
