can not connect via ftp only sftp availaible

Hi, I just bought your pro version but it does not work for me because I only can use FTP but we just support sFTP connections. how to solve that?

  1. Hi Norbert,

    If you have SFTP access you may manually install the plugin via SFTP following these steps:

    To install a WordPress Plugin manually:

    1. Download the Plugin to your desktop.
    2. Extract the Plugin folder from the .zip file to your desktop.
    3. With your SFTP program, upload the Plugin folder to the wp-content/plugins folder in your WordPress directory.
    4. Go to Plugins screen and find the newly uploaded Plugin in the list.
    5. Click Activate to activate it.
