Accordion menu arrow change function

Resolved

Requested: 4 months and 2 weeks ago

Hi, for accessibility reasons (screen reader) I want to change the action of the accordion arrow to the same as clicking on the page name (in the menu), i.e. I want the arrow to both open the page and open the subpages in the menu (not just open the subpages in the menu). Is that possible?

Best regards,

Henrik

    Hi Henrik,

If I understand correctly, you would like:

    1. Clicking on the icon to take the user to the corresponding page instead of opening the sub menu.
    2. Once arriving on the corresponding page, you would like the sub menu items of the corresponding page to be shown.

Basically the same effect as clicking on the link.

This may be accomplished by adding a small amount of custom CSS.

If you want to allow the close icons to still close the menu

If you want both the close and open icons to browse to the page

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Have a great day!
