30-day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy for purchases of both lifetime or subscription plugins. If you are not fully satisfied with your plugin for any reason, let us know and we will provide a full refund of the entire purchase price.

Refunding Subscription Renewals

Refunds of a subscription renewal will be given upon request within 30 days of a subscription renewal. Processing refunds costs us payment processing fees which are typically subtracted from the amount returned. Processing fees typically range from $3-$10 depending on the product(s) purchased and selected payment type.

Requesting a Refund

Please use our contact form to submit a request for a refund. Within the request please include the following information:

  • Order number found in My Account or received order emails.
  • The items you would like a refund for if multiple were ordered.
  • Optional: Let us know why you were not happy with the plugin.

Please do not be abusive or threatening when requesting a refund as this may delay our responses indefinitely.

What happens next?

Once you have requested a refund, you will receive an email from the system letting you know your refund has been submitted to the payment processor.

It is your responsibility to remove the now unlicensed plugin from any of your servers or storage.

Refund Processing Times

In most cases our team will submit the refund request to the payment processor within 1 business day of the refund request being received. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

We haven’t experienced any delays with refund payments so if your bank has not processed your refund within 20 business days, please let us know and we will do what we can to help track down your refund.

Purchasing Previously Refunded Items

You are more than welcome to re-purchase a previously refunded item. In fact we’ll be delighted to have you back as a customer.
