Widget not showing up on page

Resolved

Requested: 4 years and 10 months ago

As you can see I purchased Advanced Sidebar Menu Pro today or maybe yesterday wherever you are. I have installed both Advanced Sidebar Menu and Pro but I can’t seem to get it to work –meaning the widget does not appear to be inserted on the page. Any ideas…?

Thanks,
Ben

    Hi Ben,

    I was able to track down the issue to the field “Categories to exclude (ids), comma separated:”. This field requires categories ids instead of slugs.

    • Old Value => conferrence
    • New Value => 9

    I have made this change and new the widget is displaying the child categories as desired and the accordion is functioning.
