White Screen with Pro plugin

Resolved

Requested: 5 years and 4 months ago

I just migrated from a GoDaddy VPS to a AWS Lightsail Ubuntu with Plesk PHP 7.3 and when the pro version of the plugin is enabled I get a white screen and nothing in the error log.

Any thoughts / test etc

This site is still in development but getting ready to go live soon.

Plugin: Go Live Update Urls

    Hello Philip,

One thing you may check is if you are running version 6 or both basic and PRO plugins. When you say “white screen” is then entire screen white or just the area where the checkboxes normally are?

Otherwise, it may help to turn on debug mode and logging to determine what the error is. Once we know the error we will be able to provide a fix for the issue.

    Hi Philip,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. While the previous version of PRO 2.7 did not have errors with version 6 of basic, but simply warned to update, version 2.2.3 did throw an error when used with version 6 of PRO.

I have now released a patch in version 6.0.1 of basic which prevents this error from happening on really old versions of PRO.

    Have a great night!

    Mat Lipe
