Sidebar menu not showing on pages

Resolved

Requested: 1 year and 2 months ago

The sidebar menu is no longer showing on any of the pages. I cannot figure out what the issue is.

Plugin: Advanced Sidebar Menu

    Hi Tabitha,

I was able to track down the issue to the menu to the “Pages to Exclude” setting.

At the moment, the setting for excluded pages is “1471,1482,1538” which includes the “For Educators” page with id 1471. Since the “For Educators” page is the top level item, if it is excluded the following occurs:

    1. The “For Educators” page is excluded from the menu.
    2. All pages below “For Educators” are excluded from the menu.
    3. No pages remain in the menu so it does not display.

More information on excluding items may be found here.

    Have a great day!

    Thank you! That fixed it.
