I’m writing because while auditing my bank account, I found two charges for Go Live Update Pro, one order (14018) for $57 on 20 Feb 2025, which was the renewal I expected, and one order (13933) for $147 on 17 Jan 2025!
I don’t know how this could have happened. In any case, please refund the $147 charge.

Sorry for my confusion. In fact, I confused the lifetime and annual licenses. I want to keep the lifetime license and would appreciate a refund of the $57 and cancellation of the annual subscription.
