The plugin analyzed the find/replace and said that there were 7 URLs to change. A test with a link checker showed literally HUNDREDS.

As a WordPress site is dynamically generated, it is very common for many URL to be generated based on a few settings in the database. While there could be as few as 2 URL in the database, there could be thousands or even millions of URL displayed on the site when using a link checker.
Updating the 7 found URL and clearing your page caches will replace the hundreds of URL on your site.
The plugin is working as intended.
