My menu shows the highest level parent page, then a child page with grandchild pages under that, then child pages of the highest level parent page. I would like to reorder that to put the child pages associated only with the highest level parent page above the child page with grandchild pages.

The easiest way to change the order or the menu items:
In the case of your example, you could update the “Virtual team building” page to an Order of say 5 and it will display at the end of the menu.
