Hi Ritika,
Looks like because the subscription was cancelled more than 6 months ago our system automatically cleared the old subscription from the system. Unfortunately, this means the system cannot automatically map your old subscription to your new one when verifying the license.
This may be solved by following this process to switch your plugin license to your new one.
All widgets and blocks will remain intact and the plugin will now run on the active license.

Thank you for your prompt response. Will do as suggested. However, before I proceed, I just want to ensure that deleting the current plugin and replacing it with the new one, is not going to mess up the settings?

I can confirm that deleting the plugin will not delete any of the settings.
