I have tracked down the issue deep within the WPML plugin.
I am currently working to see if I am able to fix it from this plugin’s side. I will let you know what I figure out.

I was able to locate and patch the issue from our end. We had a release cycle already started for this week so I was able to sneak the fix in before it went out.
Please update to version 5.3.0 of basic and 2.7.0 of PRO to resolve the issue.
