I’m trying to switch a site that has been accessed by an IP with path ##.###.###.###/~folder/ to a url.
First point, yes, I have slashes on both.
Second, the new URL is not yet pointed to by DNS, I am using it through a modified host file.
Note that there is no certificate yet installed.
Initial thoughts?
