Custom Sort Order

I purchased your plugin yesterday, and installed it (site is still under development).
I don’t know if it’s possible, but I would like to be able to custom sort items in the menu. I have some items that are most important to clients, those I would like to put above others in same level.
Is it possible somehow? I see that there are only options to sort by Page order, page name, publish date.
Also, is it possible to have menu always present. Now when I click on any item in menu, I have that page shown in whole screen and menu dissapears. Maybe I’m asking stupid question, please excuse me if I am..
