Advanced Sidebar menu disappeared

Resolved

Requested: 1 year and 4 months ago

We used the plugin for many years for two websites. However, after updating to version 9.5.1 and Pro to 9.5.3, all the sidebar menus disappeared. Unfortunately, the solutions we found in other tickets didn’t resolve the issue for us.

    Good Morning,

I was able to track the issue on your staging site and am working on a solution.

Would it be possible to get a database dump from your staging site so I can load the data into a testing site?

Thank you so much for the database dump. I have it loaded into a test site.

One more thing that would be super helpful is a copy of the “WPBakery Visual Composer” plugin. I have version 4 which appears to be pretty outdated. If you could send me a copy, that would be great.

    Hello,

I was able to reliably recreate the issue and fix it.

Version 9.5.4 or PRO is now available with the fix included.

    Have a great day!

We have completed an internal discovery of the issue and written an article describing what happened. For more information see this article.
