With today's user base becoming more and more mobile, it's critical that any site or application functions well on mobile. We take the time to make sure everything we build is mobile optimized for speed and function. We build mobile apps tailored to a project's needs. We frequently use PWA to bridge the gap between your site and native applications.

Optimization

Having a vast amount of experience with enterprise applications and websites sets us apart when it comes to performance and scalability optimization. We are highly effective at digging into existing projects and finding bottlenecks. We are well known for being able to remove servers from load balancing pools once we have completed our optimizations. We also shave load times for your users.

In almost all cases, we will quote and invoice you a flat rate for the project before starting. For rare cases that are too unpredictable to quote without overcharging, a range will be given and the hourly rate will be in effect.

We require 50% up front and the balance upon completion or before going live. Long term projects may be split into monthly billing depending on the size and length of the project. Any project under $500 will require full payment up front.

All costs will be communicated up front and no hidden expenses will be passed on to you. If we didn't mention it, you won't be charged for it.

With so many projects going on at any given time we have found that the traditional office style meetings are ineffective at communicating and managing scope. It is impossible for us to track all the information for all the projects in our head. If the communication is written down, everyone has a reference of what was discussed so memory is not a factor. On large projects a weekly check-in through a video call and/or email is scheduled. Paired with a staging environment, this process keeps everyone current on progress.

This service is a shortcut to learning the tricks of the trade. Training can be as simple as teaching one developer how to build a WordPress plugin or as complex as mentoring an entire team through the process of learning to code DRY and future-proof their applications. We mentor developers just starting out as well as senior developers in top companies.
